About the Principals
Charles (“Chick”) Raspler grew up in Scarsdale, NY and received a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University in 1988. He initially pursued a career in investment banking and got his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management before embarking on his first real estate venture, the construction of a 120-unit townhome site purchased from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in 1994. Since then Mr. Raspler has enjoyed a 30-year career of construction and development which has included numerous awards for the construction, management and sale of rental apartments, self-storage facilities, townhome communities, affordable housing communities and high-end single family homes. He specializes in large, complex projects which require extensive management, communication and documentation.
Mr. Raspler served for two years as the President of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley and also served on its Board of Directors for over fifteen years. He served as the Chairman of BuildPAC, was a State Director of the New York State Builders Association, an Alternate Director of the National Association of Home Builders, is an active member of the Building and Realty Institute and is a Professional Affiliate of the American Institute of Architects. He is 57 years old and lives with his wife and two children in Weston, Connecticut.
Eric S. Abraham grew up in Chappaqua and received a BS in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1987. After several years working as a Civil Engineer designing residential subdivisions, Mr. Abraham joined Lehrer McGovern Bovis as a Project Manager and worked on several mid- and high-rise buildings in New York City. In 1994 Mr. Abraham left Bovis and began to develop residential real estate for his portfolio. Mr. Abraham is very experienced in the SEQRA process and has received building permits, entitlements and development approvals in most municipalities throughout Westchester County.
Mr. Abraham is a past-President of the Westchester County Building and Realty Institute (BRI) and has been an active Board Member of that organization for the past 10 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Housing Action Council, is a past-President of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley, served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Builders Association and was an Alternate Director of the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Abraham is 58 years old and lives in Armonk, NY with his wife and three children.
