The IL Greenwich Collection™ is a comprehensive moulding program specifically designed to provide a multitude of profiles divided into categories based upon the product’s application. Each and every moulding is classified by an identification number to make your selection process as easy as possible. To ensure that the proper mouldings are specified in your project, simply write the corresponding IL moulding number in your specifications, or in your architectural plans.

In Stock and Ready for Prompt Delivery

The normal stocking profiles are run in solid poplar substrate with machine-applied primer. This allows for greater stability of the IL product and prompt installation upon delivery. For exterior applications such as cornice work, window and door trim, balusters and more, IL profiles are available in Spanish cedar with machine-applied primer or Versatex™ PVC. With a small amount of lead time we can also get you those same profiles in the material of your choice, including hardwoods, flexible moulding, MDF and PVC. If for some reason you need more of a stock profile, we have it in stock at our 100,000 square foot millwork distribution center and available the next day. Our mill and distribution center is located in Bethel, CT and it stocks all the moulding profiles shown in our online catalog or in-store booklet. However, our mill can also do custom jobs which cater to your individual needs. No job is too big or intricate when it comes to giving you an exclusive and unique moulding or trim. We have experienced professionals who you can work with to get that perfect design you have always wanted in any type of wood species or other material you desire.

Casings

Use casings on door and window openings to add style throughout the home. You can add backbands to casings to create casings with increased depth and width.

Baseboards

Baseboard accompanied with a shoe moulding help to create a transition from the intersection of the floor and wall.

Capital Moulding

Capital Moulding is used to create a finished look at the top of a pilaster or column

Panel Moulding

Panel Moulding is used to frame sections of walls to create a beautiful, sophisticated look. You should consider the scale of your room as well as baseboards, cns and or chair rail styles when choosing a Panel Moulding.

Chair Rails

Chair rails have a decorative and practical function. Applied to a wall anywhere from 36 to 48 inches from the floor, they add a beautiful accent to a room, running horizontally to form a wainscot look, while also protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. Chair rail moulding can also be used as a panel moulding to form panels on walls or ceilings.

Custom Boarding

Custom boarding is used for very specific interior and exterior custom jobs. Interior wainscoting applications are quite numerous.

Exterior Profiles

Our exterior mouldings are made of paint-grade lumber (primed Spanish cedar) for its natural properties allowing it to withstand the elements. Our selection of exterior profiles includes balusters, hand rails, bottom rails, casings and backbands, panels, a brick mould, cns, bed moulds, and sub sills. Any of our profiles can be run in Versatex PVC, as well.

Window Stools

Window stools are the finishing touch to a window opening. Used in place of window sills, a window stool adds a warm and decorative flair with its relationship to the window casing.

Crowns

Crown moulding is used as part of an exterior cornice, or in an interior application where an angle is to be covered. These are traditionally applied as a sprung crown.

MDF

Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product that offers a more affordable moulding supply solution. Produced by combining wood fibers with wax and resin binders, MDF is pressed into different sized panels depending on their use. Like our other moulding options, our MDF moulding is available in an array of profiles along with sheet stock.

Flexible

Flexible PVC moulding is one of the latest forms of moulding. This flexible resin moulding is using breakthrough technology so the trim can be molded off-site to an exact shape and specification. The material is very flexible which makes it extremely simple to get a precise fit to any large archways, circular windows, and much more.

In-Stock and Ready for Prompt Delivery

Our 100,000-square-foot millwork distribution center, located in Bethel, CT, stocks all of the ILINE Collection moulding profiles shown in this book. All of the ILINE profiles are produced from a solid poplar substrate with a machine applied water based low VOC primer. This process allows for greater stability of the ILINE product and less interior acclimation time prior to installation.

Custom Runs and Profiles

Although ILINE is stocked in primed poplar only, we have the ability to match all of the profiles in any hardwood for those rooms that require a stained finish. In addition, we are capable of manufacturing all of the ILINE profiles for curved or radius applications. If you are unable to select a profile that fits your design criteria, feel free to design what you envision and we will be more than happy to manufacture it for you. We have the capacity to match an existing profile that you have or simply saw somewhere else.
