For over two decades, JBMP has completed numerous residential projects in Connecticut and New York as well as select boutique commercial projects.
JBMP is located in an historic firehouse building in the heart of Byram, Greenwich and, as long time neighbors of Interstate, have established an enduring and symbiotic relationship. With exceptional people and customer service, we are always excited to have Interstate as a partner on any project.

Bobby V's Restaurant and Sports Bar, an 18 and older establishment, is the newest concept in sports entertainment. A partnership venture between Sportech Venues, Inc., Winners, and Bobby Valentine, Bobby V's Restaurant and Sports Bar opened to the public in January 2014.
The stunning sports bar and restaurant seats up to 300 and features 70 large screen TVs, a golf simulator, and private meeting room. Guests will be able to focus on their favorite sport on a giant 17 ft. LED TV, one of the largest in New England. With a completely new kitchen led by Executive Chef Jordan Stein, guests will be treated to an accessible sports bar menu launched to a new level. Exciting and original menu items go far beyond the usual pub fare with fresh ingredients sourced locally.
Connecticut-based architects Jones Byrne Margeotes Partners of Greenwich designed the restaurant and Van Horst General Contractors of East Hartford built the project using mostly local area sub-contractors.

To fully enjoy this already spectacular antique home close to the water in Old Greenwich all the homeowners needed was a pool and modest pool house. JBMP in conjunction with Rutherford and Assoc. Landscape Architects managed to design both and give the clients a great space to spend the summer. The pool house design borrows design queues from the existing home in both material selection and detailing and is a perfect spot to get out of the hot sun. Cabinetry was built from Azek to survive the elements as is all the exterior trim.
Featured in East Coast Home & Design, Architects Edition in the Fall of 2013. Recently completed this Contemporary Shingle style home on a spectacular 4 Acre lot in Greenwich was created as a joint effort between JBMP and a Greenwich family who knew just what they wanted. From formal Living Room, Library and Entrance for adult living to a beautiful but functional and family friendly Kitchen, Family Room and informal spaces meeting at the dining room which was at the very center of the house. Every detail and material was meticulously selected, detailed and executed. Roof lines were intentionally lowered to anchor the home to the site creating shadow lines and interesting exterior spaces.
A unique layout of connected components wrapping a disappearing edge pool overlooking Khakum Lake. Designed to be comfortable in both scale and materials this spectacular storybook style home blends Tudor and Shingle styling to create a home that perfectly suits the lifestyle of the owners and blends in seamlessly with an incredible property. JBMP designed the Main House, Master Bedroom, Guest Quarters and Poolhouse to all be stand alone “pods” but also be connected by the outdoor functions of this property. The materials selected and details used on both the Exterior and Interior give the feel of having been there for some time.
Massachusetts River rock was selected for the exterior stone veneer and in conjunction with extra thick hand split shingles, heavy inset beams and Tudor detailing really give this project a sense of history.
